18 month service After making an appointment, my car was received at the dealership on time and a courtesy shuttle took me to work. The service was completed in a time After making an appointment, my car was received at the dealership on time and a courtesy shuttle took me to work. The service was completed in a timely manner to include an Apple Car Play update. I received a call to let me know the car was ready and the shuttle picked me up to return to the dealership and Mike explained to me how the Apple Car Play update works, then I picked up the car and went back to work. There were no charges to me thanks to Toyota care. Well done, life made easy. Michael Erthal More

This was our first visit to look at Toyota SUVs. We had a very pleasant experience with our salesman Miguel Madureira. He explained the different models and took us for a test drive and two models. We didn’t care for the “hard-sell” by Nick Perry when we were trying to leave. We did return and purchase a forerunner which we liked. We enjoyed working with the finance guy, Rodney Rodriguez. More

Awesome Experience - Best in the Area! I bought my brand new, 2020 Toyota CHR on January 31. I had been talking with EJ since Fall 2019 trying to get the right price point and monthly cost. I bought my brand new, 2020 Toyota CHR on January 31. I had been talking with EJ since Fall 2019 trying to get the right price point and monthly cost. While I wanted a CHR, I wasn't in *need* of a car - which made it a bit harder for me to want to take on a new car payment. I talked and dealt with all the Toyota dealerships in the Jacksonville area (where I'm from) and was unimpressed with all of them. EJ was the only salesperson that seemed to want my business. He would follow up with me via text or email every few weeks, letting me know if there were any new Toyota deals or running the numbers again to see if we could agree on a price. I appreciate the amount of time he invested in my purchase! Finally, in January, we agreed on the price (to my surprise!) and I came home with my CHR which I LOVE. The whole experience was great. I finalized the prices over the phone with EJ and Nick and when we showed up for the car everything went smoothly. The car was exactly how they told me, they didn't rush me as I looked over the car and test drove it, and when it came to the paperwork no hidden fees or random "extras" were thrown in. I highly suggest Daytona Toyota for anyone who is in the market! It's worth the drive, even if you're not from the Daytona area. More
