Began the process of purchasing a GMC with Jason. He showed me all my figures with my down payment, apr and discounts (gm supplier discount). He then took me to the Chevrolet building to begin paperwork showed me all my figures with my down payment, apr and discounts (gm supplier discount). He then took me to the Chevrolet building to begin paperwork. This is when things went down hill due to the manager. After filling out pre qualification paperwork, I waited for financing. The manager received 2 call from other customers and one dealer about the truck I was purchasing. The manager then decided that he would no longer honor the deal we had made and sent Jason to inform me, that bc he received other interest he no longer felt like allowing me to use my gm supplier discount which was already plugged into our agreed upon numbers. I was informed his reasoning for this was that I had too good of a deal and he could make more money off someone else. Now I understand I had a good deal but my supplier discount did not come out of Mark Christopher’s pocket directly. This was purely a manger that just wanted to pad his numbers and make more money off of me. I believe this to be highly unethical after I had agreed in terms with Jason. Even when frustrated I offered to split the difference with the manager and only take 1500 of the discount. Apparently the manager did not like that idea haggled with me over $200. Your sales manager actually took the time to haggle with someone purchasing a $70000 truck over $200. And this was after he decided to pull away my discount your team agreed to. In my opinion this is horrible customer service by the sales manager and for that reason will most likely never come back to Mark Christopher. But wait it gets worse.. I was told by Jason that he would deliver my truck later that day after the LPO parts were installed. Around 430pm (3 hrs later) I Received a call from Jason to inform me that they did not actually have any of my parts and he would deliver my incomplete truck by 5. I’m sorry incomplete truck? I spent all that money, got ripped off by the sales manager and was haggled with over $200 for a truck that now tour telling me is incomplete and I’d have to wait a week to get the rest of it? What horrible customer care you guys have. Why wasn’t I told any of this before I left? I could of taken the incomplete truck home myself? What a disgrace of a sales team that gm has on display at Mark Christopher. More

Quick process. From greeting to closure the process was adequate. The one item I would suggest improvement on, would be the availability of more diverse inventory, mainly color variety.
