Nick and Melissa were absolutely helpful on the spot! ! My truck was completely dead when I took it in and turned it off. They graciously worked me in and got me me transportation in a dire situation all ! My truck was completely dead when I took it in and turned it off. This dealer has a major mixup in their database and they keep associating me with a car I don't have, plus the inconvenience with my own dealer that doesn't have the correct information on that car that I D keep associating me with a car I don't have, plus the inconvenience with my own dealer that doesn't have the correct information on that car that I DO have. Despite my multiple attempts, calls, and messages they still do nothing and continue to be associated with the wrong account. So this is a clear message that they need to do something about it. More
