Purchased a vehicle, salesman said they would fix certain issues. Dropped car off on Friday before thanksgiving, they said they would have it done by Monday or Tuesday of following week. That week came and w issues. Dropped car off on Friday before thanksgiving, they said they would have it done by Monday or Tuesday of following week. That week came and went and they said they were waiting for parts and would get in couple days and can would be ready the next following week on Monday or Tuesday, then on that next Tuesday I call again and they said again they are waiting for parts and that the car would be ready on the next following Monday or Tuesday. I go in that following Monday and service tell me they still waiting on parts , I explained that they have been telling me that for weeks now, he went to the back and came back out and said they had the parts and they would have car ready that evening or next day. So the next day I called again and they said I could pick up the car at 5pm. I truly do not believe they had to wait 3 weeks for parts, I could have kept my car until they had the parts if that was the case but they didn’t want to give me my car back. The fact it took almost a month to get brakes and shocks fixed was absolutely ridiculous. I could have went to any parts store and got the parts in minutes. I also use to deliver the parts to your dealership when I worked for black horse carriers/penske, and I know dealers order parts one day and get the parts the next day unless they order to late in the day or was a holiday or weekend. So I know for a fact that my car literally just sat outside and was not gonna get touched for a long time despite already having the parts on hand, it was because I didn’t have to pay for the repairs so u had no rush to do it and just kept lying to me every day. I would never buy a vehicle from your dealership or have repairs done at your dealership again. More

I was not going to write a review. I had a bad experience and I told those at the dealership that I dealt with that I would not write a review. But they did not do what they committed I had a bad experience and I told those at the dealership that I dealt with that I would not write a review. But they did not do what they committed to doing. I requested to not receive emails or texts. I continue to get emails or texts despite them saying I would not receive these. Communication during the buying process could have greatly improved. I live far away from Lansing and I needed better communication to plan the travel to there. One associate smelled like alcohol. They kept me waiting when I arrived. They told me that my registration would be mailed to me. Why would this be policy? Why would any dealer let someone not have a registration? They later printed it. The extended warranty process was not explained at all. The biggest issue is that they failed to transfer my plate to my new vehicle. This resulted in me driving over an hour without it. Fortunately I realized it and turned around and went back. I met with a manager that originally seemed to be helpful. I asked the manager to follow up with me in 2 weeks to let me know how he addressed the forgotten plate transfer to ensure that no other customer ever had to go through this. The manager said he would follow up. But he did not do so. There are also several credit inquiries that remain on my credit report. I am not sure why this had to happen. But thank you. There is more, but these are the highlights. I realize that no one will address these concerns. Really I am writing this so someone else can read it and hopefully avoid what I went through. More
