Did not know that I had only paid for oil changes and tire rotation when I paid a maintenance package. Was presented with an additional $200 + bill… ridiculous !! Also didn’t know the car would not b tire rotation when I paid a maintenance package. Was presented with an additional $200 + bill… ridiculous !! Also didn’t know the car would not be washed unless asked when it went for an oil change… was told after when I asked if they washed the car, that I had not asked so they didn’t one because it was not requested. More
