They made us feel like a friend/family member... rather than a customer. Nino was very thorough and made sure we understood everything we signed BEFORE signing, and he made copies of each form without me having to ask. I came in with my own financing, but I walked out with something extremely better! I will get all of my vehicles from here from now on, and I have already started recommending this dealership, and specifically Nino, to all of my loved ones in the Kansas City, MO area, as well! First Car Purchase As I began the process of looking to buy my first car, I searched around on the internet to try and find the right fit for me. I came across a 2013 Fo As I began the process of looking to buy my first car, I searched around on the internet to try and find the right fit for me. I came across a 2013 Ford Explorer being sold at Zeck Ford that I became very interested in. I called Zeck the following day and immediately felt very comfortable in doing business with them. They answered all of my questions and were willing to work me in after I got off work for a visit to the dealership to take a look at the Explorer. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Payton Meek. Payton was great to work with and took it upon himself to ensure that all of my questions were answered, and that he was able to help me make the best decision in my car search. As we worked through the process of purchasing the car, Payton was very responsive via call/text/email and made sure to address everything we asked of him before purchasing the vehicle. Overall, I am very impressed with Zeck Ford and everything they stand for. They care about you as their customer, and want to make sure you leave satisfied with your purchase. I would recommend Payton and Zeck Ford to anyone that is looking into purchasing a new vehicle. More

Good high volume, low frills, aggressive pricing venue I've purchased 4 cars there now. Their supply model for used cars is innovative. The business model seems to be basically moving vehicles on and off I've purchased 4 cars there now. Their supply model for used cars is innovative. The business model seems to be basically moving vehicles on and off the lot, lower margin/higher volume. Each of the cars I've purchased have been great performers. From my perspective, they have been honest and factual. Only complaint is that sometimes they are a bit disorganized. After terms are agreed upon, the processes to drive off the lot take too long (paperwork, financing discussions, even for cash buys, final prepping of the car, etc) and sometime little things are missed. Also, some cars come with only 1 key... I find that to be a significant flaw. I would also up the dress code a little for everyone. But the sale staff, lead management and salespersons, I've worked with have been knowledgeable, effective, helpful, personable, and friendly. I plan to buy another car next year and I'll start there. More

When I reached out over the phone, Nicole was extremely helpful and able to answer all of my questions without pushing me into a purchase. Upon arriving to the dealership, Cameron worked with me and made the process a very positive experience for me. I live over an hour and a half away, so Nicole and Cameron prepared the vehicle and all the paperwork ahead of time for an efficient car buying experience. Nicole even sent paperwork and corresponded with my bank, which is in Michigan, to make sure my loan approval was set to go. I would definitely recommend Zeck Ford in the future! More
