Starting in 2015 as a Finance Assistant I worked my way to Sales in 2018 and then became a Service Advisor as of 2022. Nicole Oeser was very knowledgeable, not pushy and super sweet! She pointed out all of the great features the car had that I never knew I wanted/needed and made some great suggestions when we discussed my m sweet! The whole experience was great! I literally had to do nothing but show up, test drive the car, decide, sign the paperwork and drive away in my gorgeous new car! I LOVED that they had someone show me how to work all of the different features of the car, even though it wasn't a Honda - Todd even helped me link my phone to the car! When Mike couldn't get my preferred bank to extend me the loan terms I wanted, he reached out to a different bank, got me the loan terms I wanted and for a great rate! Top knoch service! More

Nicole was awesome! This was my first new car buy and she was patient and helpful all the way to the end.
