Working in the car industry sense 2015 has empowered me as a woman, as well as a team member. Adding family,amazing customer experience,and pet friendly to the list- That's when I knew Mohawk Honda was meant to be my HOME. Starting in 2015 as a Finance Assistant I worked my way to Sales in 2018 and then became a Service Advisor as of 2022. These days you'll find me in the MXP department ,helping transition service customers into upgrading to new/newly pre owned vehicles. Nicole made trading in our family car for a new car so easy and fast! I was so impressed about all the details I could complete from home, and how respectful she was of our safety and time but spending li easy and fast! I was so impressed about all the details I could complete from home, and how respectful she was of our safety and time but spending little time inside the dealer. After all the information was completed over the phone we set a date to come in and pick up our new car. She met us with a smiling face and got us right to business! We learned about the technology, with Prince, in the new car and then went right to signing with Rob in finance! It was so incredibly fast. Thank you for the best treatment Nicole! Nicole helped me find the perfect color and interior I was looking for at a price we were comfortable with.. I would recommend Mohawk Honda to anyone in the market for a new or used car. The team is so friendly and easy to work with. The finance manager Rob, was thoughtful about our time with a newborn in the office. He was friendly and personable. More

I happily did a rating recently but I omitted one person who was very helpful. He was Todd Brandt - Delivery Specialist. He sat with me and explained all the interior functions.
