Overall great, easiest car buying experience. I ever had. The sales representatives worked together from the time I asked for online info, to speaking with me by phone, to coming in to discuss my purch had. The sales representatives worked together from the time I asked for online info, to speaking with me by phone, to coming in to discuss my purchase, to wrapping up the financing with my credit union, all were very courteous, professional , and knowledgeable, Jake Doyle was very honest about the process of the pricing of the preowned rental, my trade-in valuing , condition of the car I selected , as it is service certified , and worked as a real team leader with Jake Hewitt, the technical contact , who is very professional and knowledgable . Jake even supplied me with some new stickons for my EZ Pass after he noticed I had the device with me while I was waiting for him. Very thoughtful! He showed me every aspect of the vehicle I was not familiar with. And John Barber, the Finance person who made the transfer of my old vehicle and final transaction very easy. All who I was taken care of by did work as a real team. They all gave me their undivided attention from the time I arrived for a couple of test drives until I drove my 2018 Honda Fit home that day. I chose a Honda as my wife has a 2003 CRV with 205,000 miles on it which looks and runs like almost new. She has found it very worthwhile and easy to keep it up as she is very meticulous. She is the one who urged me to get a reliable Honda. More

This dealership is the best. Upon entering Nicole Oeser greeted us at the door and took us right to her desk. She asked what car I was looking for and my budget. My dream car has been a CRV for a long time greeted us at the door and took us right to her desk. She asked what car I was looking for and my budget. My dream car has been a CRV for a long time and I have finally been able to save up to lease a new CRV. First, she gave me many options to choose from with the 2021 CRV EX and LX and also gave me the option of a 2021 HRV EX because of the lower cost. Later, she gave me another option which was to lease a 2020 CRV EXL, which is a nicer model, for even cheaper than the other two cars. I of course ended up choosing this option. We also worked with Joh Barber from finance who was also super friendly. We ran into some obstacles while trying to get approved but he worked with us and Honda to get me approved. He tried every option and never gave up on us. In the end, I had finally been approved and got to take home my brand new car. Before leaving Jake Hewitt, walked me through all of the safety systems and what certain features are. He also helped me connect my phone. I have never owned a Honda so this was very helpful. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and was able to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend Mohawk Honda to anyone in search of purchasing a new or used car. More
