He was very patient and answered all of my questions to the best of his ability. If he didn't know the answer to something then he would just say so and endeavor to find out the answer. No wonder he's got all those pictures of him shaking hands with his many satisfied customers! Then on to the finance department. Well, the sales experience was good anyway...Dealing with the finance office is what keeps me from giving this institution a full five stars. Overall the experience was more than satisfactory and in spite of the hiccup in the finance office I would still go back again in the future. More
