The service at Subaru of Wakefield has always, always been excellent. Mike Rossie was the best, and Rich will be great. You always feel like there's a personal relationship with the service staff. That said, the dealership's pricing is at the high end (even compared to other dealerships). Of course, that's not the responsibility of the service team, but it makes it difficult to choose Subaru of Wakefield for all my service needs. However, I really appreciated the loaner vehicle for my recent major service. Big plus! More

This was my second oil change on my 2024 Wakefield Impreza. Folks are very nice but 3 hours, yipes. Also as a new car the oil was on the top dipstick mark. I drove my pickup for 42 years so you see I really respect vehicles.Could this oil over filling hurt my engine seals? More
