I work for Publix Credit Union. We had a sale with regal and were told that we would receive a gift card with purchase. After purchasing a vehicle and asked about my gift card I was We had a sale with regal and were told that we would receive a gift card with purchase. After purchasing a vehicle and asked about my gift card I was told because they 'discounted' the vehicle I would not receive a gift card. Mind you I paid over value for the vehicle. False advertising!! Do not recommend Regal!! My salesman Manny was amazing and has nothing to do with this review. Manager was very condescending trying to make me feel like I was an idiot. Definitely need to rethink who you place in these positions Regal. Signed Very frustrated customer More
