We brought the car in for a recall, and left with undisclosed damage to a door near the repair site. No one at the dealership fessed up (actually it looked like someone attempted to magic marker the undisclosed damage to a door near the repair site. After some phone calls, the dealership ultimately repaired the damage they caused. This took two separate return visits (and hours of waiting) - once for the service director to confirm the issue, and then a second trip when they had someone available to professionally repair the issue.
