We brought the car in for a recall, and left with undisclosed damage to a door near the repair site. No one at the dealership fessed up (actually it looked like someone attempted to magic marker the undisclosed damage to a door near the repair site. No one at the dealership fessed up (actually it looked like someone attempted to magic marker the damage) about it so we only discovered the damage at home. After some phone calls, the dealership ultimately repaired the damage they caused. This took two separate return visits (and hours of waiting) - once for the service director to confirm the issue, and then a second trip when they had someone available to professionally repair the issue. More

Freehold Honda service department is aces in my book. Nilay informs me of any and all service do every time I bring it in for an oil change. I love that I don’t have to worry about anything. Honda service is totally worth it. My civic is at 182,000 and still runs like new. More
