Less than a month ago, I had routine service including “battery maintenance “. I thought all was fine. Now I return with a dead battery that AAA had to restart so that I could bring it in. Battery is old “battery maintenance “. I thought all was fine. Now I return with a dead battery that AAA had to restart so that I could bring it in. Battery is old (original from 2013) so I had to get a new one. Battery maintenance turns out to be a joke! All it did was pretty up the battery but no indication of quality or life. When I inquired about this, I was given a patronizing response and further explanation was directed at my husband. All communication was directed at my husband, despite my asking the question. More
