Ellie was are sales person and was a tremendous help sort through 4 different models of vehicles we were considering. I was completely overwhelmed with the thought of buying a car. I researched online for questions to ask and things to watch out for while shopping and quickly realized I needed to go to a trusted source, whi car. I am so happy I chose this dealership. I had the pleasure of working with Nick Nava, who immediately put me at ease. He was very thorough in explaining how things worked in the car I was interested in and pointed out things I wouldn’t have thought to ask about. I felt like he was inspecting the car more than I was! His honesty and genuine personality wiped away all the anxiety I had been feeling since I had decided it was time to invest in a new car. There was no bartering games or gimmicky sales pitches. Everyone there, including the owner himself, truly valued my time, gave me the facts and educated me throughout the entire process. I drove out of there feeling well taken care of and knowing I got the best deal possible. More

I would recommend this Dealership but NOT the sales person. sales man was horrible! This is my 3rd vehicle from Zeck Ford and I will continue to shop at Zeck but definitely not with who I was working w person. sales man was horrible! This is my 3rd vehicle from Zeck Ford and I will continue to shop at Zeck but definitely not with who I was working with. The vehicle I purchased was currently in service and I knew it had to continue to be serviced. They said it'll take a week or 2. It took 26 days to get my vehicle with very little communication of what was going on. I had to reach out to my sales person many times for updates which he was hard to reach or busy with someone else. I had to get to a sales manager after 3 weeks to keep me updated with the status. The sales Manager had no idea what was going on. So day 26 I get my vehicle. 5 days later I reach out to my sales person letting them know my Heated seats didn't work. I did talk to him and he said he's with a customer and he'll get back with me. 1 week later I still have not heard back. I ended up calling Zeck to get in contact with a service manager AGAIN because my salesmen is unreachable and has not contacted me. I left a message for the service manager and magically my sales person calls me he didn't apologize or anything for not reaching back out to me. Also, when I bought the vehicle I asked if Floor Mats is included with the vehicle my sales person said yes... When I get the car No floor mats and I didn't even bother to reach out about that because I wanted nothing to do with that salesmen any more. I didn't want to nag Zeck continuously about my vehicle but I spent $30,000.00 on a vehicle the least they could do was give me a update once or twice a week. I'm very frustrated with the services I received. If this was my very 1st time purchasing from Zeck it definitely would've been my LAST! Nino from Financing was great though that was the easiest of this whole process. More
