Felt like I was railroaded and cheated on pricing and financing somehow, but didn't have a clue what it was. This recent car buying experience at Zeck Ford was exactly the opposite. We didn't expect to complete the whole experience of buying a new car in less than one day. Right from the beginning from getting appraisals for our old vehicles to driving our new car off the lot, everything went so smoothly and efficiently. We felt from the beginning that the customer service was top notch and the time within the finance office was excellent. Our sales rep. helped us very well all the way through the process. He was with us from the start until the time we drove off the lot. We got just exactly the car we wanted with the financing that was fair and reasonable. This is a great place for a car buying experience as well as car maintenance and service. More

The one problem I had was that the vehicle I was there to test drive was filthy. The dealership knew for a week that I was coming in to test drive. It had Chip bags on the floor boards, scuffs on seats, crumbs on the floor, and hadn’t been washed in a long time. Kind of unprofessional in my opinion. I was there ready to buy but wanted to look at clean cars to see if there was anything wrong with the interior. I’m in sales and I would have been embarrassed to show that ride. Not a bad experience but think they need to step their game up. People are important but customers are there for the product. More

Lindsey Freeman got back to me almost immediately and kept me informed along the way. After a 4.5 hour drive down to Leavenworth, I was met by friendly sales-staff that had the car out and ready to test drive as soon as I got there. I worked with Nino Williams, he was very knowledgable, friendly, accommodating and no pressure. He was as transparent as possible with the Zeck's business processes before we signed anything and pushed my car to the front of the line for detailing. Great salesman and would highly recommend Nino as well as the entire Zeck Ford operation! More

Nobody was pushy and always offered to give us space and time to make our desicion. Nino was so great and so personable. We enjoyed every minute with him.
