I bought a VOLVO XC60 from this dealership, and the salesman told me (during the test drive) that it had adaptive cruise control, but that was not the case. This dealership has failed to meet even substandard requirements for a decent business. Because English is my second language, sales manager Mr. Eddie Reyes on the first day, has been insulting me by repeating the words like “confusion”, “misunderstanding” instead of taking responsibility when there is certainly no confusion about monthly payments. I see it as discrimination toward me. Obviously, they lied to me to sell their car, and I see they abused my trust in Volvo. Unfortunately, the dealership responses so far have shown that the seller is not willing to accept the reality and what does not matter to him is consumer satisfaction. More

Hello, I had an excellent experience with leasing my second Volvo. Ms. Harley was not only enthusiastic, but also efficient and patient with my questions. My service advisor, Jose Espejo. He was the first person I was greeted by at the dealership as I brought in a 2020 Volvo XC40 for service. He invited me to speak with Noah Greaney, General Manager, about trading in my XC40. I was also introduced to Eddie Reyes, Sales Manager, and Wyman Chow, Finance Director. After my test drive with the 2022 XC60 with Iris Harley, Noah Greaney worked out the details of my ;ease exchange. Everything went smoothly. My expectations were exceeded with the new car and lease arrangements. By late afternoon I was driving away with my new car. I was very pleased with the experience of Iris Harley, Wyman Chow, Eddie Reyes, Noah Greaney and Jose Espejo. (This will be my seventh leased vehicle since 2003.) It was a great feeling to be appreciated and so well assisted. I highly recommend this dealership whether you are looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle. We had a great experience with Blair. He was patient and helpful throughout the entire process. We had preordered a car to be delivered Nov/Dec but really needed a car earlier bc I’m about to give birth any helpful throughout the entire process. We had preordered a car to be delivered Nov/Dec but really needed a car earlier bc I’m about to give birth any day now. We had a very specific color combo and packages that we wanted. And I really wanted the inscription expression bc of the walnut wood inlays. Blair texted us last Monday to let us know a R-design had come in with everything we wanted, but the R-design trim level. He did not pressure us at all but just wanted us to know it was available. We went and test drove the car and fell in love with it and purchased it that evening. Blair was supposed to be off much earlier that day but stayed with me helping me set up my profile until around 9:30. The level of customer service was beyond what we expected. Great experience all around! More
