Norman was our sales person on Friday November 29, 2019. He was very patient and eager to make sure our experience was a pleasant one without making us feeling pressured to make a decision or to purchase. My dad was also pleased with the overall experience. We have family and friends who have also made purchases from Paramount Kia and they were pleased that we tried your dealership and that my dad ultimately made a good choice in his purchase of a 2013 Kia Forte. Thanks and kudos to Norman for being attentive to my dad and our need to get him in a reliable and affordable car. Norman, again we thank you and we appreciate your help...Thanks for working with us on the minor hiccup as well. Btw, Joel in the finance dept. was also very kind, patient and professional through the payment process. Would definitely recommend Norman and Paramount Kia to others. Great, fast service!! More
