Pretty good dealership. I use them for all my servicing of my truck. I really like the waiting area as well. One downside I noticed is not getting a wash after servicing. Norman was great. He made me feel welcomed and appreciated. The service department was disappointing as far as how long it took to be done. It takes about an hour and a half to even see my name being updated for service. Then finally I get a message to tell me what needs to be updated. Norman comes and gets my okay to do the repairs. Then by the time my car is ready and I pay and then Norman walks me to my car, it's been 3 hours. This is pretty consistent with all my previous visits. And then I'm told my car didn't get a car wash for some reason. The only saving grace is the Cafe and the free coffee. At least I can have something to eat for lunch. More
