When I picked up the vehicle, Nour did a great job walking me through the many features of the NX350h luxury and trained/assisted me in much of the initial set up. The Finance Manager, Giovanni Gauthier was very professional and personable. He did a good job explaining the details of the extended warranties and other additional items without being pushy.
