It was my second ford that I bought with Mr Oscar and he was great like always is. The other guy at financing his name is Santiago, he said my payments were going to be certain amount but then when I went t was great like always is. I called Santiago, had a very hard time to contact him. After talking to his boss he was able to transfer me to him and he was trying to explain me that the rate went up a little bit. I honestly loved the experience, they're very helpful and friendly. I purchased my vehicle online in Maine and they we're very quick with getting my paperwork out to me so that my car could be delivered. and friendly. **Update- I must say, it takes a woman to do what 10 men couldn't do. Cheyanne was able to make things right. Buying both of my homes was much smoother that this. I have been lied to so many times, and I’m still trying to follow up with no response. Have driven there so many times just to get in front of a person. Probably going to have to go up there again. Unfortunately no one is ever available and are all so busy they can’t help when you go there. More
