Great customer service I knew hat was my lease would be up in January of this year and so I had done to Halleen Kia a couple of months prior to look at the Kia Sportage and I knew hat was my lease would be up in January of this year and so I had done to Halleen Kia a couple of months prior to look at the Kia Sportage and ringer ideas of what I wanted. That’s when I first met Jim M in sales. When it came time to turn in my Kia Soul, I knew that I wanted the 2020 Kia Sportage for sure. Jim have such excellent customer service, was very personable and patient with me as I had several of questions and had a few hoops to jump through to get the deal taken care of. Jim really was the best car salesman I’ve ever dealt with and his patience and great customer service will continue to help him be successful. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable by anyone in the dealership. Oleg in finance was just as wonderful and explained things to me in a way that I could understand. Highly recommend Jim and his team.
