Initially poor, but saved by great salesman. First time we visited, we were working with a salesman who really didn't take us seriously and blew us off for a "better" customer. We went back for a second visit because we really wanted to see the GLE, but were not going to buy due to our experience the first time. We ended up meeting a salesman who completely flipped our experience. The salesman who helped us on the second visit was probably one of the best salesman I have ever worked with. Nic was attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. We ended up buying two cars, and will work with him going forward on any Mercedes I end up buying. More

It took about 4 mon I worked with Oleg Shmuylovskiy in my recent purchase. Oleg is a great sales person, kind, courteous, patient and straightforward. It took about 4 month since the first time when I told him that I may need a car to the time I bought the car from him. He was very patient during the entire time. He tried very hard to satisfy my needs. The entire process was very smooth and fast. This is the second car I bought from him, and I am sure there will be more in the future.
