Initially I was stressed, and overwhelmed just thinking about having to go through the hectic process of buying a vehicle. I have been looking for an SUV for some time now but just didn't find anything in my price range, or that made me feel happy. It was not until Tony stepped in and made this vehicle purchasing process extraordinary. He was attentive, honest and really listened to me describing what I wanted. Not only did Tony find me the SUV of my dream and within my price range, he, management, financing and service staff stayed pass closing hours to complete this sales transaction. Never once did I feel rushed, they went above & beyond. The service and professionalism that I received throughout the process was excellent. We did have a couple hiccups but the dealership went above and beyond to take care of everything. Oliver Gigovski was a great help and is a superior New Car Sales Manager everyone in the dealership was friendly and fantastic. We also had the opportunity to talk to John (I believe that's his name) in the service department and he was excellent and very knowledgeable and very helpful.
