I’ve always enjoyed Toyota services especially at the Toyota Bay location. They have always been accommodating to ensure that service provided to their customers is 100%. I appreciated the detailed video of the issues my vehicle faces with recommendations. I rated Olivia a little below perfect because when I arrived 30mins late for my appointment due to traffic. She advised for me to come back tomorrow. I shared that I am unable to return back tomorrow and I’d prefer to wait. She then stated she is unsure if they will be able to complete my vehicle due to the time. I asked if she can confirm with someone then she said due to the time she know they won’t. Then she purposed leaving my vehicle and Toyota can uber me home if i reside within 10 miles. My concern is that I wish she led with that instead of talking back and forth for 5-10 minutes. Overall she was respectful and professional. More

1) don’t add the things in work order which u don’t really do or work on. Example- car wash, multi point inspection etc where advisor do say that its was was done but seen never done. Neither softcopy provided rather just a screen shot which not sure for which vehicalnit was done. Raises trust issue on what was done . 3) every where credit cards accepted without any extra fees. Didn’t like for charging extra 3% when you use credit card. More
