Omar and Will helped me on servicing my 2024 GR Corolla, them selves both are also the owners of GR Corolla, that makes a big difference to understand the importance of this special car while it’s in their them selves both are also the owners of GR Corolla, that makes a big difference to understand the importance of this special car while it’s in their shop for service. On 8/15/2025, my check engine light and some other light came on while I’m on the way to their dealership to drop off the car for oil change, Will plug in the checking device and found out it’s the update that Toyota recently came out with, he instructed the technician to update my ECU and that cleared the code and the car was back in normal within few hours. I suggest everyone who lives nearby Austin to bring your car to Toyota of North Austin for service, and make sure you book the appointment with Omar. More

I took my car in for maintenance. An oil change and tire rotation were done. After the tire rotation, I told them that the steering wheel was crooked. I said it was fine when I dropped it off, but they told me it couldn’t be because of the rotation and charged me $130. I had only brought my car for an oil change, but they added extra charges. More

I would not recommend the Service Department. Took 25 minutes to sign in for my appointment. Service Advisor had me confused with another client. Then found out he was not my service advisor. Tri Took 25 minutes to sign in for my appointment. Service Advisor had me confused with another client. Then found out he was not my service advisor. Tried to pass me on to my assigned Service Advisor. Niether of which I had ever met. Assigned Service Advisor passed on me. I was suppossed to get a 10k mile mpi with my wipers changed, fluids topped off. All I got was an oil change. Not a good experience. More

Quick and easy to understand. The worst experience I have dealt with, service department dropped the ball and lack customer support. Dropped off my car Friday after I was told prior they could resolve the issues same day. State department dropped the ball and lack customer support. Dropped off my car Friday after I was told prior they could resolve the issues same day. Stated that I need 2 issues looked into. Not only did they contact me over 2 days after several efforts to contact them, but they admitted they didn’t diagnosis the aspects I requested. I left with no issues resolved and fuming. More
