Super friendly & professional. Angela Help with the insurance , ordered parts called to let me know the parts did not come said she would let me know when they got the parts and she did, set an set an insurance , ordered parts called to let me know the parts did not come said she would let me know when they got the parts and she did, set an set an appointment, approved for a loaner since the service would take a while. We have always had excellent service from an oil change to the last service when I had a wreck with mechanical problems like this time. Special thanks for the other lady in the service department (sorry can’t remember her name)but she also very helpful when I talked to her. Excellent rating!! Love my RC hill family. More

Hi Kristian, I am sorry to bring this here but I have been left with no choice. I have been asking to speak to you directly for 2 days now and your service writer Angela refuses to allow me to do so. I h been left with no choice. I have been asking to speak to you directly for 2 days now and your service writer Angela refuses to allow me to do so. I have a very important matter I need to speak to you about regarding my vehicle in your service felt and your employees not being on the same page. Now Angela is threatening me - she is so unprofessional I’m amazed she has a job. I would like to speak to you directly since every time I speak to your employees I am told something different and then threatens. Please contact me ASAP. Reach out to Angela and she can provide my contact information. Now she has the nerve to lie and threaten me with the police when it was your service department who made the error - someone over there is lying and trying to cover their xxx..she wants to keep texting me like a child when I am trying to work. Please call me so this can be resolved in an adult manner and without your service writers temper tantrums. More
