We had an excellent experience with Omar. We had communicated with him over email/text before coming in, and he was very responsive and helpful. He made the whole process of buying our car very easy, he was very knowledgable and helpful, and we didn't feel at all rushed or pressured. We were initially wary of seeing unexpected fees and markups, but Omar relieved us of this worry, and we were very pleased that Tustin Mazda is very transparent with their prices. As well, Omar went the extra mile and very kindly drove our old car back to our home. There was also free ice cream at the dealership (on Saturdays) that was a nice touch to the experience. More

You can tell Omar really loves cars in general and was eagerly willing to share anything and everything about the Mazda I bought. He readily answered any questions before and after the process of purchasing. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience and I actually enjoyed the purchase cycle. I would highly recommend Tustin Mazda and specifically working with Omar. More

I brought my 2016 Mazda3 in for a regular service, new tires and an alignment. Drove it away and it was like a brand new car. The service writer saved me $500 on the tires and dealer coupons saved me anot tires and an alignment. Drove it away and it was like a brand new car. From the moment he greeted us, his passion and knowledge shone through. He was patient, never pressured us on anything and answered every question with care and a genuine enthusiasm. Even once we'd finished the paperwork and officially owned the car Omar took the time to walk us through the bluetooth and app setups in detail. I've bought cars from 'luxury' European manufacturers in the past and none of the people we dealt with at those places went to the level of effort that Omar did. It's not an exaggeration to say that having had this experience I only ever want to buy my cars from Omar in the future. More
