Where to start, from the moment I entered the store I was greeted and treated with a respect and courteous service. In fact, the Sales Manager actually worked with me, as it was a busy day. Since this was my first car purchase on my own (my husband always did this but is ill now and I am 72 years old), Omar was the perfect choice for me. The only problem I found was that so many people were in the store buying cars that the wait time for action took longer than I would normally liked, but I guess if so many buyers choose Hartford Toyota Supercenter, I made a good choice of dealerships. More
