But I'll go 4-star. I was greeted warmly and promptly by the front desk staffer when I arrived at the showroom. Omar Souilimani made the buying experience quite painless. Several weeks later Charles Cline was personable & helpful. I've heard many good things about the Subaru brand, and I'm hoping that my Legacy Premium and I (and Sommer's) will be happy together for many years to come. More

The purchasing experience was easy from start to finish and Sommers went the extra mile to cover all Sommers beat the competitions' prices hands-down. The purchasing experience was easy from start to finish and Sommers went the extra mile to cover all of the details. For example, to put a front license plate on a WRX, the front bumper must be drilled. Well, I didn't want mine drilled and I purchased a license plate adapter to fit the existing holes. Not every dealership waits to find out what the customer wants, and to me that was just another example of how Sommers takes the time to make sure they're taking care of the customer first. Their parts department has been easy to work with as well. Great job Sommers! More

Test drive was no pressure, he wanted to know what I was looking for, not telling me this was the perfect car(how many times have I heard that?). I really enjoyed talking with Omar. They offer great extra warranty options separately or none at all, no pressure. Doing the paperwork was a snap. Michael (business manager) was very accommodating with payment options and knew the process step by step, making sure I knew what each piece of paper was and that I was comfortable with my purchase. Couldn't be happier with the experience, I look forward to going back when I want to buy/trade-in for a new model. More
