I got my car I have wanted the 2020 Sonata sine I saw it in Car and Driver last year. I waited and waited for it to come out for seemed like forever. But finally I got close to one at Rick Case Hyundai and it met my expectations. What a beaut! And smart. Easton was my salesman and I think he likes my car because he gave me all the particulars that sold me on it. After all said and done, my Sonata was driven off the showroom floor and prepped for me. I got in and drove off in my car. It was so worth the wait. More

The manager who offered the car was a good specialist, but when I began to get the car on credit, He said that the percentage would be 4.1, and when I started to sign a loan agreement, it turned out that the price of the car was a thousand dollars more than I was told and the percentage was 6.3. The loan manager said it was dealer taxes and profits. but when I checked the documents the next day it turned out to be not true . the next day I found that one wheel has a tire defect, but I did not want to go to such dealer and fixed it for my money. in the end, I will never go to this dealer again, and I will not advise anyone. I will service the car at another authorized dealer. More
