Delivered a brand new car to me without wiper fluid. Dismissed my questions. New car also leaked a greasy substance. Was told that this is normal for all cars all the time each time they are parked. I made a service request last week thru Oscar for valet service today. The service was for 10:00. I spoke with Jay at 10:40, he explained the valet service was backed up.
