The new salesperson knew nothing much about vehicles especially if it's not one that your company deals with. Done not know exact locations of vehicles shown on the web site. Does not communicate well w especially if it's not one that your company deals with. Done not know exact locations of vehicles shown on the web site. Does not communicate well with client. I had to walk the entire yard of the dealership to locate either the wrong vehicle. Being new only excuses the person but it's your bread and butter to know your products. More
