The porocess was fine and representativs were nice. What is not okay is that my husband asked for the fluids to be topped off (i.e. brake, coolant and power steering) as the car is older and when it wa What is not okay is that my husband asked for the fluids to be topped off (i.e. brake, coolant and power steering) as the car is older and when it was check, the levels were low. The rep said he would check to see if its okay, then stated he is going to go and drive the vehicle to get to topped off. He brought it back saying it was done but when I got home with the vehicle and had my husband check, it wasn't topped off at all and the levels were exactly the same. So either the service department lied and said they did or the Sales rep did. Either way, that's a horrible way of conducting business. They also pre install every vehicle with a way point GPS tracker and tried to make us pay $1000 more to activate the device through them because they put it on the car. More

I returned my leased Mazda CX90 PHEV and purchased a new Mazda CX50 Hybrid at the Elk Grove showroom. It was a smooth experience and Eric was very helpful and kind throughout the process. Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Deception, lies hidden issues, told false information. Talked to the owner of the dealership after the transaction who said he would look into my complaint. He was pleasant to talk to and said he would look into my concerns. I have not heard back from him yet. Dashboard warning light was on at time vehicle was turned over to buyer (after transaction was completed) was told by salesman (Christian) and second salesperson (Veronica) that the vehicle had been washed and moisture caused a false reading (2 weeks later and has not reset. The car play did not function and we were told by the sales person that it would work if a different type of cord (not available at time of transaction) was used. After several attempts it still does not work. Unauthorized items were added to the final written billing (that we had previously declined) in an obvious act of deception that we caught and was finally removed after bickering for over an hour. Due to the fact we were not financing this vehicle it took four additional days to take delivery after we were originally told it would take a couple of hours by the salesman (later after the money was wired the finance manager said it could take 4 or 5 days). Lies, subterfuge, concealment and various employees conspiring to deceive the buyer. More

This isn't our first time buying from Mazda of Elk Grove and it won't be the last! There is a reason why we keep coming back. The knowledge, service, and amazing staff make it a very enjoyable and pressure free buying experience. I wasn't planning to buy a new car this time (I actually brought a friend to look at cars!), but I immediately fell in love with the CX-50 Hybrid. Right away Shay and Vanessa brought out the car for me to test drive. I ended up buying it after receiving an amazing trade in for my 2018 CX-5. Throughout the process, Vanessa and Shay (the dream team) were very attentive, honest, fun and patiently answered all of our questions. They both went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with everything. Ovais from the finance Dept was also great, he was prepared and ready to go by the time we sat down with him to sign. The whole process really was fast and seamless and I couldn't be happier. More
