Leave you with in operable vehicle. Worst experience i have had with a dealership so far. Purchased a F-150 out of state. Asked if they could please check out and make sure it runs and drives ok. Salesman tell me they took it for a spin and that it runs and drives fine. They also promised me a full tank of gas and for the truck to be cleaned up. (36 gallon tank truck) I get the vehicle shipped to me and its on empty and still has a bunch of dealer ship stickers on the inside and outside of the windows and windshield(delivered on a cold and rainy day). i take it for a spin right off the truck it pulls one direction and has a violent vibration at 70 mph. I take the vehicle to get looked at and apparently it has dry rotted tires worn out suspensions parts and a failing 4wd system. As im driving around the A/c-Heat Makes a Very loud electric Pop noise when its engaged. The first sunny day i decided to open the sunroof and it gets stuck open. My local dealership said its closed to 7k to get everything repaired. Due to the extended warranty being able to take care of most of the items except the sunroof and the tires and detail and gas. I called the dealership and let them know THE HALF of the problems that i though wouldn't be an issue to fix. The only decided to address one problem and leave the rest for me. I have everything documents and time stamped and have contacted my lawyer about this. BEWARE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE OUT OF STATE Thank Dan and his GSM for all the money Yall are going to lose because a simple fix. $1900 vs &7000 Plus whatever lawyer fees and payments ive been making on a truck with the roof stuck wide open. More

a joke whole buy experience was a joke. i drove 3 hrs to look at and purchase vehicle, it was out getting recall work done. after 2-3 hours waiting finally a whole buy experience was a joke. i drove 3 hrs to look at and purchase vehicle, it was out getting recall work done. after 2-3 hours waiting finally able to put hands on the car. 2 hrs after that i left the dealership peeved. on the way home had some issues. emailed salesman on following monday. no response. couldnt get an email response from ANYONE, or a return phone call. i just got my title today. almost 30 days later. my temp tag is set to expire on monday, and i bought the car december 15. dealership gets paid, doesnt care a xxxx thing afterwards. I emailed their "PR" person and some one got back to me. Jennifer helped me out more in 3-4 emails than the WHOLE dealership did in 30 days.... i would like to thank her. dealership was a waste of 6 hrs of total driving. i did get the car i wanted, but had to endure so much xx. More

Now we have been deciding between a brand new express, or maybe a big horn with lower miles. Part 1: Grant brought a new (2018) Ram 1500 Quad Cab to my house to test drive which was awesome. It was the day before it turned really cold (-23C). I was not sure on the vehicle, so I continued to think about it. Part 2: A few days later my husband wanted to take a look at the new red Ram, and look at a Blacked out Express (2018) while we were there. In total we looked at 3 Rams the night we went to Ray's. We decided on one, and tried to negotiate, but neither the salesman or finance manager would budge much. They were so offended that I tried to negotiate the price and just expected me to take the price they said. It was listed at $30,200 and we agreed on $30,000. He was visibly pissed off at giving me the $200, and made me well aware of that. The finance manager came back with the numbers and rattled off $33,000 plus tax title license and APR. What?!?! We agreed on 30K...now its 33K? I showed him a new Big Horn at Gurnee Dodge for $31,800. For 1) why did the price jump up 3K while we were doing paperwork and 2) why would I pay more for an Express than a new Big Horn? He told me they just changed the prices on the Internet within the 5 minutes we had agreed on the 30K price. I showed him the screen shot of the previous price and he insisted he could NOT give me the vehicle price that it was listed at 5 minutes ago because he didn't have the authority. He would not sell for the agreed upon $30,00 or even $30,200. They were RUDE! They wanted us out: The sales girl Ashley had to get one of the trucks from a muddy lot, so she tried to use that as a selling point...saying you made me walk through the mud tonight and you're not going to buy the truck now? I told her I will sign right now for 30K. She said, "But the truck costs 33K". xxx! The finance manager then said...you can't even decide which features or color you like cause you drove 3 of our vehicles. And you have bad credit that we have to work with. I realize I have bad credit but I do have a pre-approval through my own lender (which they tried to talk me out of and say they could get me a better rate...but I said no), so that was really none of their concern because I had the offer in hand through Capital One Navigator. WOW! That's all I can say. Zero stars would say it all much better. More

The best Car Buying Experience! Just drove an hour and a half to Ray CJD in Fox Lake. Couldn't be Happier. I dealt with a few local Jeep Dealerships and it was the same old false ad Just drove an hour and a half to Ray CJD in Fox Lake. Couldn't be Happier. I dealt with a few local Jeep Dealerships and it was the same old false advertising prices listed on line to get you in the door. Jessica at Ray's Internet Department was straight forward with everything she said. She assured me that nothing will change once i take the drive. Dan the manager also called me to reassure me. So feeling good about this i took the drive. They had the car upfront and detailed when i arrived. Raneesha was my sales rep and did a wonderful job going over all my questions and explaining a lot of features i wasn't aware of. After the test drive we went inside and the manager Dan came to introduce himself. After answering a few standard questions with Raneesha i was assured that the numbers we discussed prior to coming were all the same. Next thing you know, we were in the finance office with Ozzie and signing paperwork. He explained what i was signing and went over all my options. The whole process from when we arrived to leaving was no longer than 40 minutes. This has been my best experience purchasing a car and i will strongly recommend Ray Jeep to all my family and friends. The salesman Justin Sasman, was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He actually listened instead of just selling me a car! The finance manager, Ozzie, was awesome as well. He worked with me to get the car I wanted at the price I needed. I would recommend Ray to anyone looking for a new car! Ask for Justin, he will work hard to make sure you get what you want.
