I am actually a returning customer because my last experience with them was also extraordinary. Tyson was especially patient with me as we wanted to make sure we knew exactly where our money was going to. He never once gave us any attitude and again was extremely patient with us even when we had a million questions. We did the majority of the leg work in regards to financing over the phone so all I had to do was sign and drive. 100% recommend you work with Tyson as he made my buying experience incredibly smooth. Even the finance department was amazing, It was getting late and yet we didn't feel rushed nor did we receive any attitude from any staff at all. Explained all our terms and agreements perfectly and even when we had asked to repeat something again and again, never once gave us an ounce of attitude. The staff here at HB Mazda care deeply about their customers and I will definitely recommend these people if you're ever interested in purchasing a car from them. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. More

Joe was friendly and helpful to my family. He kept me informed constantly on the status of my car as it had to be shipped. When the car arrived he was not there to assist me. I came in with $11,000 cash to put on a car and pre-approval already from my credit union and told them from beginning I was only working with my credit union. I do not care for the other staff here. They ran my credit initially with my concern and I signed for it to hold/reserve the car. A month later I come to pick the car up I ask for a PO and instead of giving me what I asked for they ran my credit with no telling me or asking me can they run my credit. I was only notified because I have fraud alert on my credit reports and I received a call. I was offered a letter to state it was incorrect and have it removed after I confronted them, then when I asked for it the next day I was told they need to investigate and offered a dinner. A dinner is not going to change my credit report. They maybe be very helpful to others but based on my experience and my treatment I could never and would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Joe tired to fix everything the next day he was there and got me everything m credit union needed without all the games and hassle but damage was already done do to the hard inquiry on my report. If coming her I would recommend Joe Balisalisa and make sure you deal with only him during all your transactions. More
