I'm most concerned about service prices and Huntington Beach location was still affordable even in this inflation ridden economy we're in. The Cerritos location is a joke with what they charge and I rathe Beach location was still affordable even in this inflation ridden economy we're in. I bought my car at the beginning of March and like to wait before giving my review. After owning my 2022 CX-5 Premium, I love it! - Pre-arrival: I got a quote from Ozzy for the exact car I wanted. It wait before giving my review. After owning my 2022 CX-5 Premium, I love it! - Pre-arrival: I got a quote from Ozzy for the exact car I wanted. It was very easy to communicate back and forth and he was very responsive. Veronica was also responsive and had great follow up. - Arriving at HB Mazda: I arrived to HB Mazda (with my dog) and was greeted with a dog friendly location. Already a +1. Within minutes Veronica greeted us and took us to the car. It was exactly as I saw it online. I took it on a test drive around the block and was impressed by the quality, I decided to move forward. - Purchase process: I like to do lots of research before making large purchases. Veronica answered all my questions and understood that I had done my research. When Ozzy came out, the conversation felt very natural and not pressured. I understood the current pandemic situation and at the end of it we were able to work out a great deal. I was there for the beer value for my money and together we made it happen. - Finance experience: Safue helped us during the finance experience. He answered all my questions honestly and suggested to me what he thought would be best for my car with no added pressure. Ultimately, I got the maintenance package and was happy with my experience. - Delivery: Greg was my delivery sales professional and was super fast and helpful in setting up the MyMazda app. He also showed me the tips and tricks of my CX-5. Overall: My experience was successful overall starting from the pre arrival communication all the way through to the delivery and the small attention to details in between. It makes complete sense that they have won customer service awards and I highly recommend them. Thank you for getting me in this amazing ride and making it an experience for my family and my dog Mochi. More

Nice, well stocked and experienced sales personnel made the buying experience easy and fast, no haggling. Used true car to find the vehicle I was interested in and it was in nice condition (except rear win the buying experience easy and fast, no haggling.
