Pablo Lopez, along with Ernesto and Daniel in finance, treated us with respect and sincerity, which made our decision to purchase a vehicle from Claremont Toyota that much easier.
Pablo Lopez, in particular, was responsive, knowledgeable, and honest throughout our entire experience. We drove from Northern California to this dealership, and Pablo stayed late to meet us. The negotiation process was fair and respectful, and Pablo was really patient with us. In fact, we had to bring our puppy to the dealership and the entire staff was incredibly accommodating (and happy to meet him!).
When we picked up our vehicle, Pablo made sure it was fully charged and ready to go. We really appreciated his attention to detail and his dedication to his clients.
Overall, this was an overwhelmingly positive experience in all regards. We were beyond happy with our purchase and without a doubt, we would happily work with Pablo again in the future.
