On 9/29/25 I purchased a car at Regal Kia at Lakeland, Fl after signing all documents and completed all the process, the salesman said they had lost a key to the car. (A key he mentioned costs about $500) H after signing all documents and completed all the process, the salesman said they had lost a key to the car. (A key he mentioned costs about $500) He said would have the key turn in to me in no time. I came back on 10/3/25 ( missed work) only to be told they CANT find the key. Today is 10/9/25 I have been given the run around regarding this issue. I had to missed work again and things I had to do because he stated the key guy goes to the dealership on Thursday, I am here asking for a loaner while they fix THEIR MISTAKE and they are denying to provide one. More

I recently purchased a vehicle from Regal Kia Lakeland, and while the buying process was initially smooth, the post-purchase experience has been deeply disappointing. After completing the sale, I reached o and while the buying process was initially smooth, the post-purchase experience has been deeply disappointing. After completing the sale, I reached out multiple times to address an issue with the vehicle, but the dealership has been completely unresponsive. Despite my attempts to contact them via phone and email, I have received no acknowledgment or assistance in resolving the problem. This lack of follow-up reflects poorly on their customer service and commitment to buyer satisfaction. A reputable dealership should prioritize addressing customer concerns, especially after a significant purchase like a car. I strongly urge Regal Kia Lakeland to improve their communication and responsiveness to ensure future customers don’t face similar frustrations. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this dealership to others. More
