When my home town KIA dealer would not work with me, even after already purchasing 2 Tellurides from them in five years, I drove three towns over to Regal KIA because they were willing to work with the deal after already purchasing 2 Tellurides from them in five years, I drove three towns over to Regal KIA because they were willing to work with the deal I wanted. They gave me a fair price on my trade and very close to exactly what I wanted with the new Telluride I drove away with. Matt, the sales manager was great and Pablo, my sales guy was just as great. I was so thrilled that I happily bought breakfast for Matt's entire team, the morning I picked up my new Telluride. They certainly earned a loyal, repeat customer and they are sure to get all my referrals. Thanks! More

On 9/29/25 I purchased a car at Regal Kia at Lakeland, Fl after signing all documents and completed all the process, the salesman said they had lost a key to the car. (A key he mentioned costs about $500) H after signing all documents and completed all the process, the salesman said they had lost a key to the car. (A key he mentioned costs about $500) He said would have the key turn in to me in no time. I came back on 10/3/25 ( missed work) only to be told they CANT find the key. Today is 10/9/25 I have been given the run around regarding this issue. I had to missed work again and things I had to do because he stated the key guy goes to the dealership on Thursday, I am here asking for a loaner while they fix THEIR MISTAKE and they are denying to provide one. More
