Long Standing Relationships Once again your team goes above and beyond to provide performance and customer service. I own a 2002 QX4 for the winter and a 1997 J30 for the summer, Once again your team goes above and beyond to provide performance and customer service. I own a 2002 QX4 for the winter and a 1997 J30 for the summer, if it wasn't for the help of Circle Infiniti, mine wouldn't be riding beautifully while pushing 200,000 miles each. It is good to see Infiniti standing behind their product. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the time and care taken with my "Black Mamba". Thank-you so much for everything you've done. More

Circle Infiniti I recently visited Circle Infiniti to trade in my leased vehicle. This is my third trade in with Circle and I am happy to say just as the technology o I recently visited Circle Infiniti to trade in my leased vehicle. This is my third trade in with Circle and I am happy to say just as the technology of the vehicles has become more impressive with each new vehicle, so has the customer service provided by the dealership. Prior to finding Circle, I never stepped foot in a dealership without my husband or father to help me negotiate. But Circle Infiniti is different. Brian Conway, the finance manager and Irwin Lieberman, the salesperson for all 3 of my cars, demonstrate a transparency and trustworthiness that is unparalleled. Also, Marcus the delivery coordinator showed me everything I needed to know about my new car and gave me his card if I ever have questions. I've already called him with questions and he fixed my Bluetooth issue in about 10 seconds. Everyone at Circle Infiniti is a pleasure to be around from Uri, who greets you with a smile every time you pull up to the service valet to Pam in Service who makes sure you get a fabulous loaner car while your oil gets changed. If only all businesses could model themselves after this exceptional establishment! More

The service department is INCREDIBLE I was having trouble with the liftgate on my Infiniti QX70. It's been a stressful few months for me, dealing with a major illness of a family member I was having trouble with the liftgate on my Infiniti QX70. It's been a stressful few months for me, dealing with a major illness of a family member and a pet emergency. The liftgate issue was more aggravation in my life that I didn't need. Pam Crisafulli greeted me in the service department and had me on my way in seconds. She knew what was wrong immediately-I had accidentally engaged the lock without even knowing it was there. I can't even convey what a relief it was to go home in my car, which she had washed for me, and not a loaner. Any stress off my back is greatly appreciated. Pam went beyond the call today (although I have NEVER had a bad experience with anyone at Circle-I will be back!). More
