I had a problem with my Suburban battery completely draining twice. The staff were kind, courteous, and helpful from the time I called and spoke with Shelley, met with Jaqueline when I arrived for the draining twice. The staff were kind, courteous, and helpful from the time I called and spoke with Shelley, met with Jaqueline when I arrived for the appointment, Mohammed for my drop off and pick up transportation, and finishing up with meeting Pamela. I did not meet the service technicians that worked on my truck, but they reprogrammed the BCM and it seems to have fixed my issue! Thank you all! More
