I ordered a Ram 1500 in September of 2021. It took 4.5 months to arrive which I already knew it would take longer than normal because of the shortage of everything in the country. It finally It took 4.5 months to arrive which I already knew it would take longer than normal because of the shortage of everything in the country. It finally arrived and my dad and I went to make the deal. Obviously they where also working a second deal with another person on the truck that I had ordered and waited so long for. They wanted to give me $3000 less on a trade than KBB said it was worth. They wouldn't give me the rebate offers available. They ended up selling the truck to the other person because they where unwilling to work with me. I got the deposit back and went to another dealership that my dad had ordered from before and ordered another one. Platinum will never get any business from my family and we will let everyone we know about the worst buying experience we've ever had. More

Came in with an EP code my own financing and a $ amount I wanted for my trade but was told none of that mattered- 3 hours later and frustrated I left - salesman chased me out and said they would do the deal wanted for my trade but was told none of that mattered- 3 hours later and frustrated I left - salesman chased me out and said they would do the deal - but of course it wasn’t - I bought the truck knowing I would have to refinance which is fine - but I later found out it didn’t appear I received the $1000 National rebate - I emailed and called with no response- we just moved to Terrell from Katy Tx - I purchased/traded 7 vehicles with one dealership and always used an EP code and was treated like a vip - not at your dealership - and thus this will be our one and only purchase from any Platinum dealership More

No one even talked to us Wife and I went in on Friday night . Walked around looking at the Jeeps in the dealership lot. She found one she liked and wanted to test drive.
