This is the fourth car we got from Dorsch Ford. The customer service and quality of vehicles are great. From the moment I walked through the door,everyone was extremely attentive,courteous and helpful. While shopping for a car is always somewhat intimidating for me, having delt with Pat before made me much extremely attentive,courteous and helpful. My overall experience was great! Pat was able to find me the car I purchased while we were text driving a different one. He was super eager to help me find my first car to purchase myself without being push the car I purchased while we were text driving a different one. He was even able to walk me me through the banking process and which of my options would look better the lender. More

Very friendly, and knowledgeable. I was referred to him by a family member (who had purchased a Telluride from him a couple months earlier) and even though I was unsure what make and model I wanted, Pat wa by a family member (who had purchased a Telluride from him a couple months earlier) and even though I was unsure what make and model I wanted, Pat walked my husband and I around the lot explaining the pros and cons of each based off of my preferences. He allowed me to take my time deciding with no pressure to purchase. The SUV I purchased had quite a few bells and whistles. He spent so much time with me going over how everything works. I was extremely pleased with the entire buying process, and would not hesitate to refer him to friends and family. More
