Tina was very accommodating with my multiple questions about the SUV prior to my coming to the dealership for a test drive. Being that I work in NYC, Tina arranged for a ride for me from the rail station to the dealership compliments of Lindsey. Tina was there at my scheduled test drive appointment time and fully explained the options of the SUV to me during our test drive and listened to my request to accommodate a test drive on a road that was winding so I could see how the suv handles. Tina even explained that there were a few 2016 demos that were available since I was not in the market for a new XC60. Pat Masone was very thorough in explaining to me my options for the Zurich extended protection program and exhibited a friendly , no pressure attitude throughout the warranty explanation. Pat fully explained to me the pros of each of the different warranty coverages as well as the option to purchase them a la carte. Pat was able to obtain an outstanding financing rate for my loan on the xc60. Thanks Pat ! I could not have had a more pleasant buying experience as this is my 5th Volvo I have owned. I highly recommend Tina as being the most helpful, accommodating and cheerful salesperson I have dealt with of the other Volvos I have purchased. More

By far the best NJ Volvo dealership Rebecca was outstanding during the entire process. I saved so much time by discussing the model/price over email rather than having to go to the deale Rebecca was outstanding during the entire process. I saved so much time by discussing the model/price over email rather than having to go to the dealership. When my car was ready I arrived at the dealership at 2pm and was driving off the lot by 3:15pm. It would have been even less time except for the very helpful tutorial of the car's features before leaving took about 20 minutes. I live in Monmouth County but made the hour trip up to Prestige because they offered the model and features I wanted for a price that was superior than lower models from Bridgewater and Red Bank Volvo. Anyone interested in a Volvo in NJ should absolutely email Rebecca and the team at Prestige because they will go out of their way to find the car you are looking for even if it means trading with another dealership. I look forward to dealing with Prestige for many years to come. More

Throughout these years I investigated numerous Volvo dealerships in NJ and was exposed to various salesmen - the last two being with Prestige Volvo and with two different salesmen. I was never as impressed with the salesmen I dealt with as I was with my last sales person - Ron Landstrom. He was not only instrumental in finding and allocating a very suitable Volvo for my needs, but he succeeded in making arrangements to offer me a most attractive deal - thus convincing me that the 2017 vehicle he had selected for me was a far better deal than my original intention of purchasing the three year old leased Volvo that I was returning. His honesty and sincere wish to serve went a long way to convince me to close the deal that he was proposing. Ron is a gentleman and the perfect natural salesman! It felt like you inherited the car from your family I was looking at couple cars from BMW, Range Rover Discovery & Volvo. Didnt offer a test-drive all they wanted to talk about numbers thinking I would not be able to buy it..I just left from the dealership. Second I went to the RR. they were friendly & showed the car & etc but i had to bring my wife so I told them i will be back later but no follow-up call so i didnt go there. Finally, I just emailed Volvo and asked them if they can provide me with a quote - Rebecca was so nice that she gave a detailed quote so I knew what it will be costing me. She did the hard work not knowing if I will show-up to the dealer but I liked that as buying a car could take up your whole day....I went there and she introduced me to Tina and she took me for a test drive explained every feature in the car and she introduced me to other members and it felt like I was at a family re-union. No pressure, just we ended up talking about school and I felt so welcomed. They didn't have the car I wanted so they got that car and it was love at first sight..Even the finance was a breeze- 10 minutes not like other cars I bought it took forever to get everything finalized. The car was great and the team at Prestige was amazing so i bought the car with them..I highly recommend every one to buy car from them.. More

Sales people are very knowledgeable (I am biased to Lindsey Mastroianni, a total powerhouse and professional). She listens, she knows her stuff, she is awesome. The reception team are great. Everyone is great. It's a relaxing experience. I found the perfect car for me (Or I should say Lindsey suggested the XC60, a model I didn't even know about!) and I am driving around every day feeling sorry for everyone else on the road. ;-) Her follow up was great. She didn't need to check in on me, but she did. Total professional. Loved the whole experience. Would recommend to anyone. More

Previous dealers were not professional at some point and were more interested in selling me cars I was not interested in. That was a huge turn off and disappointment. I even spent an entire day at one point without any positive and successful outcome. Lindsey had everything set up and ready before I even came in. She even made a brief and very clear video of the car, which she sent to me a day before my visit. The test drive with Rebecca was the longest and most thorough I have ever experienced. Pat, the finance guy was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me, all the while being extremely genuine and professional. The GM even stopped by on a Saturday and congratulated me on my first buy. Will definitely be going back and would recommend others to go there. More
