He wasn't a pushy salesman and was very knowledgeable, attentive and patient .. went above and beyond with us and made the process super easy; Steve actually put the cars we looked at into an excel spreadsheet with all the features so we can compare them which made it so easy to pick the car we wanted. He walked us thru the car's many features and followed up with us to make sure we were good or to contact him if we had questions. The ladies in the front desk were also very friendly and attentive; overall a very pleasant experience. Thank you Steve ... we love our car!!! More

Not on This was my 2nd purchase experience w/ Prestige Volvo--My Sales Representative Ron Landstrom was extremely professional and easy to work with. Not once did I feel that Ron was trying to press the sales process and he was eager to earn my business (even though I am a repeat customer of this dealership). Most of all-- he was patient (especially when my insurer was less than helpful in getting coverage bound). Secondly--but equally important- the Sales Manager PJ demonstrated an unbelievable degree of enthusiasm and accommodation to my specific needs. Again--very professional but not pushy-(much appreciated). Finally, the Business Mgr Pat demonstrated his professionalism and affability. Even other members of the sales and service team took the time to say hello and ask about me----this team pays attention. Overall the experience was top notch. In the 3 years I have been a customer of this dealership I have yet to encounter anyone who is anything but outgoing, friendly and genuinely interested in my best interest and satisfaction----and that especially extends to the terrific service team (I have worked with Bob most often). The entire team is professional and takes courtesy to a new level-------I must add-- my overall experience with the Prestige team is in distinct contrast to many prior experiences with other dealerships over a period of 35 plus years---they are simply the best I have encountered. Easy Peasy!! I was in a horrible car accident where my Volvo was totaled. I knew I wanted to purchase a new vehicle but I didn’t want to go through the car search I was in a horrible car accident where my Volvo was totaled. I knew I wanted to purchase a new vehicle but I didn’t want to go through the car search ordeal. I spent a few hours on line reviewing cars and found the one I wanted. I contacted Ron and in less than 2 hours I had purchased a SUV without even leaving my home. I went to pick it up the next day and thought, this is where the hassle and long delays starts. I looked over the car I was buying and was escorted in to meet Pat, the money man. I was done and out in my new car with keys in hand within 30 min. I drove away thinking these guys are awesome! He was so helpful, honest, and concerned and, yet, so knowledgeable and professional, that when we had to choose between Prestige and another dealership, Ron was the deciding factor. He made sure our 2013 XC70 was spotless when we picked it up and said he can't wait to put the new plates on it when they come in.
