The customer service was outstanding, with a genuine interest in meeting the customer's needs. I had been looking for a used SUV and came across an ad for one at Prestige Volvo. Knowing they they had been in business for years, I went to look and take a test drive. They were quite honest and exerted for one at Prestige Volvo. Knowing they they had been in business for years, I went to look and take a test drive. They were quite honest and exerted no sales pressure at all. They followed up with an email a few days later asking for my thoughts, and as it turned out, I had decided to purchase the vehicle. Tina and Pat made it very easy, and I will gladly recommend doing business with them to anyone I know interested in one of their vehicles. More

By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was coming off of my lease of my 2010 Volvo S-80 and was looking for a XC 60 premier plus R design. As you may be aware the R design is not very eas was coming off of my lease of my 2010 Volvo S-80 and was looking for a XC 60 premier plus R design. As you may be aware the R design is not very easy to find especially in a premier plus. I first went to the dealer I originally leased the car from and after 2 months of me calling them to see if they located the car I decided I needed to go elsewhere. I filled out an online appraisal for my car on prestige Volvos website and in minutes received a personalized video message from Joel introducing himself and what he could do for me. I was so impressed by the message I gave him a call. Joel knew every detail about the car and was very helpful. Once I explained what I wanted he told me to give him until the next morning to find it. Well, he found exactly what I was looking for at the dock in New Jersey. He called me as promised and told me where the car was located. I completed the entire sale with Joel over the phone and in about a half hour and my car was ordered!! He explained to me that the car can be there quickly but most likely about 4 to 5 days. Within two days my car came in. Not only did Joel call me to tell me it was in, but he sent me pictures of the car on the lot!!! Now that is customer service!! I showed up on Saturday to pick up my car, it was pouring rain and they has the car inside so they could show me all the features (great touch). The finance manager had all my paperwork ready and I was done with him in less than 20 minutes!! The deal was EXACTLY what they discussed with my on the phone and not a penny more. The person (Don) who went over the features with me even used his own cell phone to call sirus radio to transfer my subscription from my old car to my new car. I did not at all feel rushed and to be honest if I would have asked 100 more questions I think he would have been happy to answer them. To add to all of this at the very end the owner of the dealership came to shake my hand and thank me, rare to see that these days. Don then provided me with Teddy bears for my children ( a nice surprise) and I was on my way. I am in a very customer focused business and I have not seen anything like this in a long time. I can tell you if everyone in the car business did this they would see their sales numbers sky rocket. I will truly go out of my way to recommend the prestige Volvo team and will certainly return to buy my next Volvo. More

I recently traded my 2000 Volvo S70 for a 2013 Volvo C30-R. My S70 and I have taken care of one another for the last 13 years. When it was time to get into a newer car, I thought about a number of makes C30-R. My S70 and I have taken care of one another for the last 13 years. When it was time to get into a newer car, I thought about a number of makes and models, but I kept gravitating back to Volvo. I requested some information about trading to a C30 online through the Prestige Volvo’s website. I received a telephone response from Joel Casser the very next day. Soon after, I took a trip to Prestige Volvo and looked at my options with Joel. I left that day having signed a deal that I found both reasonable and exciting. I absolutely loved my experience at Prestige. Everyone was excited for me and extremely helpful and friendly through the entire experience. No one made unreasonable and dishonest promises, just to move me along or twist my arm. Joel answered every one of my questions precisely and addressed all my concerns thoroughly, with professionalism, patience, understanding, and obvious expertise. I felt safe and respected as a customer. I would recommend Prestige Volvo without reservation. More

Most stress free car purchase I've ever had. From the price to the pick up, things were handled with lightening speed and professionally. All handled on the phone from the comfort of my home. I'm still in shock!! Tina was warm , friendly, helpful and patient with my questions and Pat had the finance package ready to go. It took longer to learn about the "bells and whistles" of the car than it did to seal the deal. I know now that a woman can buy a car and get the right color, model and price without being taken advantage of. Thanks! More

Prestige Volvo has outstanding service, quality cars, wonderful salesmen. We purchased a Volvo 3 years ago and was so pleased with it's service that we returned to lease another car from them. Again, we were greeted warmly and with such professionalism that we decided we made the right choice in returning. Todd Garno went out of his way, without any pressure, to assure us of our decision. He carefully explained all the new options in the platinum package. Chris Parada made sure we got the best deal and Pat Masone also walked us carefully through the financial end. They even took care of transferring our car insurance to our new car. In fact, they took care of everything! In three years when our lease is up...God willing....we will be back again to Prestige Volvo! More
