We just bought a new XC60 and couldn't be happier with the experience at Prestige. After our 2004 XC90 was totaled in an bad accident and we walked away without a scratch we were committed to buying anot the experience at Prestige. Although we live in NYC we'd had our XC90 serviced at Prestige on a friend's recommendation after bad experiences in Manhattan. Prestige has a great service department that was worth the drive out and we decided to see what they could do for us on a new car. We dealt with PJ Lee, who was absolutely terrific. Our negotiations ended up being by phone and PJ was helpful and accommodating throughout and arranged for us to order exactly the car that we wanted. Prestige's price was excellent and the whole experience from beginning to end was great: efficient, friendly and attentive. We'd been to other dealers and at Prestige we experienced none of the high-pressure and ethically questionable tactics we saw elsewhere. When we went to pick up the car PJ was great in getting everything done quickly and easily and explained everything about the new car. Pat Massone was also efficient and helpful with financing and related matters. Prestige is an outstanding and ethical dealership. We'd recommend them and PJ to anyone. We love the XC60 and will definitely go back to Prestige in the future. More

My husband and I recently purchased a new 2012 XC90 from Deborah. After meeting with her, we were certain we had found the right person and the right dealership. She was friendly and straight forward with Deborah. After meeting with her, we were certain we had found the right person and the right dealership. She was friendly and straight forward with us. She was informed about the vehicle and expedited the process so that it was seamless. She introduced us to Pat in the financing department who also got us in and out in no time which is what we needed to do with 2 young kids. The exact car we wanted was brought in faster than we had expected and at the end of the day, we got the best car for the best price - hands down. We couldn't ask for anything more! More

We had a great buying experience at Prestige Volvo. Our salesperson, Deborah, was great and so was the finance guy, Pat. Joel Casser knows his stuff. He is the tech man! There isn't an aspect of the S60 that he isn't familiar with. He spent plenty of time with me explaining how my car worked, and when the dealership closed isn't an aspect of the S60 that he isn't familiar with. He spent plenty of time with me explaining how my car worked, and when the dealership closed while he was still explaining my car, he said not to worry, that his hours were "merely a suggestion." Now THAT'S customer service! More

Buying a car could be a stressful situation but not at Prestige...and not with Rich. He was a consummate professional - extremely knowledgeable, easy going, patient and so nice. My husband and i could no Prestige...and not with Rich. He was a consummate professional - extremely knowledgeable, easy going, patient and so nice. My husband and i could not go together so Rich had to see each of us at different times. And with 7 year old crazy twins in tow, he made the entire process go smoothly and hassle-free. The after sale/finance was excellent also. No hard sale -just the facts. Insurance made sense so we bought it but we got the feeling that they just present the options and you as the customer make up your mind. The difference here is that Pat took the time to clearly explain the various options. Great experience - great gentlemen -great dealership -great car! More

I had an amazing experience with Prestige Volvo. I requested email quotes from various dealers but there is no substitution for prompt, diligent and personal customer service. From the beginning Joel Casser was spot on, his responses were both immediate, straight forward and informative. Not to mention that he was responding on the eve of hurricane Irene! It was so refreshing to find this caliber of attention. There was no question in my mind that I would be making the trip from Brooklyn,NY to East Hanover,NJ. Upon arriving at Prestige Volvo I was greeted and tended to by Deborah Amster-Smith who, again, surprised me with the level of service and attention I received. We reviewed all my options and selected a vehicle. She really made it that simple! Deborah arranged for me to receive a car with my exact specifications and was in constant contact prior to me picking it up. She carefully reviewed all the functionalities and features with me. Pat Masone was also extremely helpful and carefully reviewed all the financing details with me. The Prestige Volvo Team truly goes above and beyond, every step of the way. If I had to sum up my experience in a few words they would be : Genuine, Personalized, Service. I walked in feeling great and drove away feeling even greater! More

Outstanding customer service and salesmanship. The dealer treated me with courtesy and respect. I had been shopping for several makes and models from several dealers, and Chris was the only who treat dealer treated me with courtesy and respect. I had been shopping for several makes and models from several dealers, and Chris was the only who treated me seriously. I test drove the vehicle, and took delivery the next day. A big part of the reason I bought this car was the service I received from Chris. Outstanding customer service. He called me regularly to keep apprised of the progress of the paperwork. Returned my calls promptly. Did not make me wait at all. The test drive and papers took less than an hour. Delivery of the vehicle the following day took less than 30 minutes. He took the time to show me all the features in the car before I left. The car was spotless clean. My mother went with me to pick up the car and was instantly impressed by the level of service and respect we received. The other luxury brands did not offer this level of service. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. By far and way the BEST car buying experience I have had to date. More

My overall experience at Prestige Volvo was very positive. My salesperson Richard Curto, was attentive, extremely helpful and above all, friendly!
