When I picked up my new RAV4, Heiser Toyota was busier than I've ever seen it, but our salesman, Al Hussain, somehow still made us feel like we were t When I picked up my new RAV4, Heiser Toyota was busier than I've ever seen it, but our salesman, Al Hussain, somehow still made us feel like we were the only ones there. He patiently went through all of the features of the RAV4 so we understood everything. The AWD XLE was a surprise for my wife and Al went through each feature perfectly building toward the heated seats which got her a little verklempt. A big thank you to all of my friends at Heiser Toyota like Al and Patrick and Bill and Liz who always have time for me every time I stop in even if it's just to say hi. And I stop in a lot to say hi. More
